Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Age 63.
Survived by his loving wife of 38 years Diane M. (nee Lesnik), a son Brian (Jennifer) Montello, a daughter Gina (Walter) Kouba. Five grandchildren Nina, Breann and Mia Montello, Gabriella and Nicholas Kouba. Sister Constance Smeets. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents John and Frances Montello and a brother John Montello.
Retired from the Local 11.
Funeral Information
Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 9:30 A.M. to Cathedral of St. Raymond’s for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday 2-8 P.M.
